Request Period: Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Policy
1. Store Credit & Exchange – The Best Value!
Choose store credit for the full amount, valid for any future purchases.
Or, exchange your item for a different design at no extra charge.
Benefit: No transit or processing fees apply when you opt for store
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued only if the product is out of stock or not delivered.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
3. High-Value Orders (₹10,000 & Above)
For orders valued at ₹10,000 or above: store credit will be provided, redeemable at any time with no expiry. Refunds are not available for these orders.
4. General Eligibility
Time Frame: Please initiate refund or exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
